TVET payment problems and how to fix them

My July or August stipend was reversed

The programme says some payments were reversed because of technical issues, including Remita problems, and that supplementary payments are being made. Update your bank details and wait for the supplementary run.

I was removed from the platform after a fingerprint waiver

The programme says it is reinstating trainees removed after fingerprint-verification waivers, and manual attendance records for July and August are under review. Ask your centre manager to confirm your records were submitted.

I am not on the starter pack list

For Cohort 2, eligibility required at least 65% attendance and an August stipend. If you believe you qualify, raise it with your centre manager. Some trainees blame attendance-platform glitches, and those complaints have been reported to the programme.
