Beneficiaries of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme are expected to receive starter packs, grants and loans as part of efforts to support skills acquisition and entrepreneurship across the country.
The assurance was given by Nabila Muhammed, technical assistant to the minister of education through a statement on Wednesday.
He confirmed that the federal government has made provisions for the support packages under the TVET initiative.
According to her, participants who successfully complete the programme should expect to benefit from the distribution of starter packs, as well as access to grants and loans designed to help them establish businesses, expand their vocational skills and become self-reliant.
