Notre Dame College Class of 1976 Marks 50 Years
The three-day golden jubilee celebration is expected to bring together former classmates who entered Notre Dame College, Ozoro, in 1972 and completed their secondary education in 1976.
According to a statement signed by the Class Prefect, Dr Patrick Akporuno, and the Organising Chairman, Dr Opa Williams, the reunion will provide an opportunity for members to reconnect, celebrate their achievements and reflect on five decades of friendship.
The organisers said the anniversary would also strengthen the relationship between the old students and their alma mater.
Golden Jubilee Programme to Feature Seminars, Awards
Several activities have been lined up for the celebration, including an academic seminar, a gala night and an awards ceremony.
The programme will also include a special thanksgiving service to mark the 50-year milestone and celebrate the personal and professional journeys of members of the class.
A courtesy visit to the Ovie of Ozoro is also scheduled as part of the anniversary activities.
