Veteran Hollywood actor Anthony Guidera has reportedly passed away after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest, bringing an end to a career that spanned some of the biggest blockbuster films of the 1990s.
According to reports, Guidera collapsed in the living room of his Southern California home while with his wife. He was immediately rushed to a hospital, where doctors placed him on life support for three weeks.
Despite efforts to save him, medical professionals later removed him from life support and allowed him to spend his final moments at home, where he died peacefully. The exact cause of the cardiac arrest has not been disclosed.
Born in 1964, Guidera began his career as a model in Paris before making his film debut in 1990. He rose to prominence in the mid-1990s and became widely recognized for his role as Robbie in the sci-fi thriller Species.

His performance in the film earned further attention when he and co-star Natasha Henstridge won the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss in 1996. The same year, he appeared as a lead F-18 pilot in the action blockbuster The Rock.
Guidera also featured in several notable productions, including The Godfather Part III, The Postman, and Armageddon.
Throughout his career, the actor appeared in more than 30 film and television productions, leaving a lasting mark on Hollywood and earning admiration from fans around the world.
