The Adamawa State government has announced the conclusion of its recent teacher recruitment exercise under the Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development.
In a press release issued on May 12, 2026, the ministry confirmed that successful candidates can now begin checking their status.
According to the statement signed by the Permanent Secretary and Chairperson of the Recruitment Committee, Aisha Umar, candidates are expected to verify their names starting Thursday, May 14, 2026, strictly through approved platforms.

“The general public is hereby informed that the teacher recruitment exercise has been concluded.
“Successful candidates are advised to check their status only through the approved platforms,” the statement read.
The ministry further disclosed that successful applicants will later be invited for the collection of their appointment letters, with details to be communicated in due course.
The government urged candidates to remain patient and adhere strictly to official instructions to avoid misinformation or fraud.
The recruitment exercise is part of ongoing efforts by the state government to strengthen the education sector and improve human capital development across Adamawa State.
