Justin Strikes First For Leeds
Leeds took the lead in the 55th minute when James Justin finished off a pull-back from Gabriel Gudmundsson, punishing an Arsenal side that had struggled to create clear-cut chances.
However, Arsenal restored parity seven minutes later through Calafiori, who converted from close range after being set up by Ben White.
Guimaraes Completes The Comeback
Manager Mikel Arteta then made a triple substitution, including the introduction of summer signing Guimaraes, as Arsenal intensified their search for a winner.
The Brazilian midfielder completed the comeback in the 70th minute, firing home from the edge of the penalty area after a flowing attacking move, with Declan Rice providing the assist.
The victory offered Arsenal a timely response following their 3-0 defeat to Brighton before the international break.
Arsenal had opened their campaign with four consecutive victories, conceding just once, before the loss to Brighton interrupted their impressive start.
