Similarly, in Nembe, Tinubu polled 32,487 votes, while Stanley Osifo scored zero.

In Ogbia Local Government Area, the president garnered 24,896 votes, maintaining a clean sweep as his opponent again recorded no votes.

Sagbama Local Government Area delivered 46,283 votes for Tinubu, with zero opposition votes.

The Southern Ijaw Local Government Area recorded one of the highest tallies for the president, with 74,136 votes, while his opponent also scored zero.

In Yenagoa Local Government Area, Tinubu secured 30,834 votes, while Stanley Osifo managed five votes.

At the conclusion of collation, the state returning officer announced that President Tinubu polled a total of 277,192 votes across Bayelsa State, while his sole opponent, Stanley Osifo, recorded a total of five votes.

Declaring the outcome, Nduwi said, “I hereby certify that the results announced represent the true, correct, and accurate collation of votes from all local government areas in Bayelsa State. The process was conducted peacefully and in accordance with party guidelines.”

He praised party members for their orderly conduct during the exercise, noting that the primary was largely peaceful across all wards and local government areas.

Observers described the process as highly organized, with delegates and party officials commending the smooth collation process and absence of major disputes.

The result underscores President Tinubu’s strong influence within the APC structure in Bayelsa State, where he recorded an overwhelming majority of votes across all local government areas.

With the Bayelsa results concluded, attention now shifts to the national collation centre, where state results from across the federation will be aggregated to determine the final outcome of the party’s presidential primary.

Party stakeholders have urged unity following the exercise, calling on all aspirants and members to rally behind the party’s flagbearer ahead of the general elections.

The APC leadership is expected to formally ratify the outcome at the national level in the coming days, marking a key milestone in the party’s internal electoral process.
