Key Highlights:

  • Tijjani Galadima is leading the APC governorship primary in Adamawa State.
  • Galadima reportedly won 20 of the 21 local government areas announced so far.
  • Abdulrazak Namdas won only in Ganye LGA.
  • Supporters have begun celebrating Galadima’s early dominance in the race.
  • Final results are still being collated before an official declaration by the All Progressives Congress.

His closest rival, Abdulrazak Namdas, is reported to have won only in Ganye Local Government Area, while Galadima dominated the remaining declared councils.

The development has triggered celebrations among supporters and party loyalists at different collation centres across the state, with many describing the primary election as heavily tilted in Galadima’s favour.
