Tottenham Hotspur are in advanced negotiations to sign Andy Robertson on a free transfer this summer following his confirmed exit from Liverpool.
The Scotland captain is set to leave Anfield after nine successful years when his contract expires, bringing an end to a trophy-laden spell that includes multiple Premier League titles and a UEFA Champions League triumph.
Spurs have tracked the 32-year-old left-back for some time and previously attempted to sign him in January, but Liverpool declined to sanction a mid-season move.
Talks have now progressed significantly, although a final agreement has not yet been reached.
