Speaking in a video shared online, Adegboyega said he normally avoids responding to public criticism because he does not consider most of the issues raised against him serious enough to warrant his attention.
However, the pastor said he decided to address the matter after some of his friends expressed concern about the allegations circulating on social media.
Addressing those accusing members of his church of wrongdoing, Adegboyega challenged them to report their claims to the police or pursue them through the courts instead of making allegations online.
He questioned why individuals who claimed to have evidence of wrongdoing had not taken their allegations to the appropriate authorities.

The pastor said he would have no objection to anyone who had genuinely committed an offence being dealt with by the appropriate authorities.
