Fresh tension appears to be brewing within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State, following the rise of the No Haske – No Tinubu Movement, a pressure group protesting the outcome of the party’s governorship primary election.
The movement, led by Muawiya Muzzy, popularly known as Atikun Jimeta, has continued to push for what supporters describe as justice for Abdulrahman Haske, whom they insist emerged as the preferred candidate during the primary process.
According to the group, many APC supporters across Adamawa State remain dissatisfied with the conduct and outcome of the primary election, alleging that the wishes of party members were ignored despite what they described as massive support for Haske.
