General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries, OPM, Port Harcourt, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has directed all members of his congregation and beneficiaries to endeavour to get the Permanent Voters Card, PVC so that they can vote in the forthcoming elections.

He said the ownership of PVC is compulsory for all the church members and beneficiaries of the church’s philanthropic activities.

Chinyere stressed, “From today, you cannot collect prayer assignments without showing your PVC.

“All traders in OPM Divine market will not be permitted to sell in the market if he or she does not have PVC.

“Everyone selling in OPM Divine market doesn’t pay for the shop as the shops are getting to them free by Apostle Chibuzor. In the same vein, about 90 to 120 percent of the traders in the place were also given money by Apostle Chibuzor to start their businesses”

According to the Apostle, for more than 11 years, the welfare office of OPM has been attending to people with different needs every week all through the years.

” But, from now on, before you come for any form of assistance to the OPM Welfare Department, you must come with your PVC, otherwise such a person will not be given clearance by the OPM security personnel.

He added “All students on scholarship in Nigeria must present their PVC in 7 days to revalidate their scholarship. And if they don’t have PVC to show, their next school fees will not be paid by OPM.

“While students on overseas scholarships, parents and guardians must present their PVC to the Welfare Department of the church for the revalidation of their wade’s scholarship before the expiration of 7 days.

He continued “All parents whose children are presently attending OPM free schools also have 7 days to get their PVC to revalidate their children’s admission in OPM free schools”

The Apostle also advised everyone coming to attend OPM Free Specialist Hospitals to arm themselves with their PVCs.

“Before they are registered, they must present their PVC, both husbands and their wives. Without your PVC, you will not be registered. Old patients of the Specialist Hospital were also advised to get their PVCs within the expiration of the 7 days ultimatum.

The Apostle stressed further “A 7 days notice is hereby given to all the people residing at the 18 OPM free estates to get their PVC or be ready to relocate out of the free estates in Port Harcourt.

“All the repentant armed robbers, kidnappers, cultists etc, undergoing rehabilitation at the OPM rehabilitation centres also have 7 days to get their PVC or have their rehabilitation suspended as they will be evicted”.

The same condition applies to all the repentant sex workers undergoing rehabilitation, the GO said.

“I’m trying to get the church lawyers on the phone to find out what the law says about staff working for OPM, so we don’t go against the nation’s labour laws.

“For now, I can only penalize those benefiting from OPM free programmes, not OPM staff.

He concluded, “By the grace of God, this time, our country must work”.
