The scheme has also continued to issue safety advisories to prospective corps members ahead of their movement to orientation camps.
In its recent advisory, the NYSC warned prospective corps members against travelling at night to orientation camps due to security concerns.
It advised those embarking on long journeys to break their trips where necessary and lodge in safe locations or designated military and security formations rather than continue travelling after dark.
With the latest requirement, prospective corps members are expected to complete all necessary registration, documentation and verification procedures, including the newly emphasised NERD clearance, before reporting to their designated orientation camps.
The NYSC urged all eligible graduates to comply with the directive and complete the required processes ahead of mobilisation.
