Nigerian TikTok content creator and AI personality Jarvis has addressed speculation that she converted to Islam just days before her wedding to fellow content creator Peller.
The rumours gained traction online after a video circulated on social media, prompting Jarvis to clarify her religious beliefs in an Instagram post.
According to her, both she and Peller are Christians, although they each come from Muslim backgrounds.
She stressed that their faith does not affect the respect they have for people of other religions.
“Quick info about the video circulating online. My husband and I are Christians and we both have Muslim backgrounds, but even as Christians, we also respect and love our Muslim brothers and sisters,” she wrote.
Jarvis added that Christianity and Islam both preach peace and unity, urging people not to spread false narratives capable of causing religious division.
Her clarification comes just days before the couple’s highly anticipated white wedding, scheduled for August 1, 2026.

The social media stars recently announced the date through a cinematic video shared across their platforms, ending with the inscription, “Jarvis & Peller 01-08-2026.”
The announcement has generated excitement among their fans.
The couple has already completed their traditional marriage and civil wedding. Their traditional ceremony took place in Benin City, Edo State, where Peller officially paid Jarvis’ bride price.
The latest statement also follows growing public attention surrounding the couple’s relationship as they prepare for their final wedding ceremony.
