The Global Methodist Church (GMC) has unanimously appointed Bishop John Pena Auta as its Coordinating Bishop in Nigeria, a development that places the cleric at the heart of the denomination’s spiritual, administrative and organisational coordination as the church continues to expand its presence across the country.
