According to the prosecutors involved in Diddy’s case, the roster of purported victims linked to his sex trafficking trial is expanding.
They have discovered that the federal authorities possess a witness whom they refer to as “Victim 5.”
Nevertheless, the prosecutors concealed the existence of this fifth supposed victim in legal paperwork from the previous month, but “Victim 5” was revealed during court proceedings last Friday as the trial moves forward.
At present, the identity of this victim remains undisclosed, but that could soon change.
Following Judge Arun Subramanian’s decision, on Friday “Victim 5” will not be afforded anonymity during the trial.
As detailed in documents acquired by TMZ, the federal authorities seem to be presenting this potential witness as evidence pointing to Diddy’s previous instances of sexual misconduct, which are not included in the charges of the current case.

Diddy’s legal counsel attempted to exclude this claimed victim’s account from the trial; however, Judge Subramanian is open to permitting at least a portion of the testimony.
Regarding the remaining four alleged victims, Cassie has been identified as “Victim 1,” and there are ongoing worries that “Victim 3” may fail to appear in court to give her testimony, despite being subpoenaed.
In legal submissions, prosecutors indicated that “Victim 2” is anticipated to provide anonymous testimony concerning her “financial difficulties, dependency, and isolation” experienced during her relationship with Diddy, all of which contributed to her vulnerability to his manipulation.
The authorities also assert they have a fourth alleged victim, a former employee of Diddy who reportedly was pressured into engaging in sexual activities.
