Veteran Nollywood actor Peter Fatomilola has recounted how skit maker and actor Mr Macaroni sent him ₦1 million after they worked together on a movie set.
Fatomilola shared the experience in a recent interview with Africa List, recalling the payments and gifts he and members of his family received around the production.

Fatomilola Recalls Meeting Mr Macaroni on Movie Set
According to Fatomilola, he featured in two scenes and was paid ₦50,000 for his work.
As he prepared to leave, he said Mr Macaroni approached him and gave him ₦200,000 to cover his transportation expenses.
The veteran actor said the gesture surprised him, noting that he had received different payments for his appearances on various occasions.
“The person I came to work with gave me ₦50,000. It’s not once, twice. I can’t even count,” he said.
Mr Macaroni Invites Fatomilola for Another Scene
Fatomilola further disclosed that Mr Macaroni later invited him to feature in another scene without negotiating his fee. The scene also featured veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie.
Fatomilola said he arrived on the set with his son and grandson, who were also given money by Mr Macaroni. His son received ₦100,000, while his grandson was given ₦50,000.
Fatomilola and Mr Macaroni have also appeared alongside Pete Edochie in The Avengers of Nollywood, a film project shared on Mr Macaroni’s YouTube channel.
Fatomilola Receives ₦1m Credit Alert
The biggest surprise, however, came after they left the set.
Fatomilola said he was still in Lekki and had not yet started his journey home when he received a ₦1 million credit alert from Mr Macaroni.
“We never negotiated. So, we left. We were still in Lekki. I asked how much he sent. One million naira,” the actor recounted.
The veteran actor’s account has drawn attention to Mr Macaroni’s reported gesture following their work together on the production.
