Nollywood actress Victoria Inyama has reacted to the ongoing controversy surrounding the death of actor Alex Ekubo, making new claims about efforts allegedly made to help him before his passing.

The actress said she understands how difficult it is for Alex’s family member, David Ekubo, to speak publicly about the matter.

She claimed a well-known Nigerian pastor tried to support Alex’s medical treatment but was allegedly prevented from doing so.

According to Victoria, the pastor was willing to pay for treatment anywhere in the world and was not claiming to perform any miracle, but was simply trying to provide medical assistance.

She alleged that the pastor was repeatedly told Alex was fine and was only informed after his death.

“The pastor was not even told when Alex was in hospital; he was only called when Alex died. He was ready to foot any medical bill anywhere in the world,” she claimed.

Her comments came after Alex Ekubo’s family raised concerns about access to the actor during his illness and questioned events surrounding his final days.

The allegations have generated reactions online, with some people calling for answers while others urged the public to wait until all sides of the story are heard.
