Troops of ‘Operation FANSAN YAMMA’ have arrested a suspected terrorist kingpin and two members of his syndicate during operations in Kaduna State.
The arrests were carried out in separate operations on September 9 as troops intensified efforts to dismantle terrorist networks and disrupt their logistics and supply chains across the state.
In Kubau Local Government Area, troops reportedly apprehended the suspected terrorist kingpin alongside two members of his syndicate.

A separate operation in Birnin Gwari also led to the arrest of a 50-year-old woman accused of transporting 300 rounds of ammunition allegedly destined for terrorists.
Troops further arrested a suspected terrorist logistics supplier in the area and recovered four communication devices from him.
The military said all the suspects and recovered items have been taken into custody for further investigation.
Security agencies have urged residents to remain vigilant and promptly report suspicious movements or activities to the appropriate authorities as operations against terrorist networks continue.
