An unidentified tricycle operator has reportedly been beaten to death by a colleague in Oke-Aro, Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo state.
It was gathered that the two men engaged in fierce fisticuffs as one of the blows hit the deceased in a delicate spot that made him collapse.
The tricycle rider was rushed to an undisclosed hospital on Saturday where he was confirmed dead in the early hours of Sunday.

Confirming the incident, the Ondo State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Funmilayo Odunlami said the two tricycle riders engaged in a heated argument which led to the death of the other.
“The man was rushed by people around the vicinity of the fight.
“The victim collapsed as a result of the fight on Saturday and was confirmed dead early this morning at the hospital.
“The case was reported at our ‘B’ Division area Headquarters in Akure. ”
