Town planners plan collaboration with Edo State Govt

Chairman of the Edo State Chapter of the Nigeria Institute of Town Planners, Inanigie Abudu, has promised that the body would commence collaboration with the state government in its chains of sustainable programmes in the communities.
He made the promises at the handing over ceremony of the outgone executives to his newly elected team in Benin City.
In his acceptance message, Inanigie said: “There is going to be advocacy and public enlightenment. We are going to partner with the government of Edo State to ensure that the advocacy is taken seriously.

He gave kudos to his predecessor, Hope Iyawe, for ensuring that the association got a sound footing by way of his many laudable projects.
In his words of encouragement, Joshua Akin Olorunfemi, an elder member of the association, praised Iyawe for his achievements and charged the new officers to ensure that all members were incorporated into the activities of the body.
The former chairman, Hope Iyawe, enumerated his achievements in office and thanked members for the support they gave.
