The announcement was made during a meeting at the State House in Abuja, where the President received a 32-member delegation of Plateau stakeholders led by Governor Caleb Mutfwang.
The intervention fund is intended to support victims of the March 29 attack in Angwan Rukuba, located within Jos North Local Government Area, where several lives were lost and many residents displaced.
During the engagement, Tinubu urged political, traditional, and community leaders to return to their constituencies with a renewed commitment to peace.
He stressed the importance of addressing underlying causes of the recurring violence, including ethnic and religious tensions.
