The coalition of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has again claimed that Tarabans are tired of the years of misrule by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Coalition said the people are vehemently yeaning for credible change in the state which the APC is determined to entrench in the state.
The Coalition made this known while briefing newsmen in Jalingo, on the political happenings within the state chapter of the party. They admitted that the supreme court judgment nullifying the primaries that produced the party’s governorship flag bearer is a temporary setback.
Urging Tarabans, especially the party faithful to “keep calm and look at the big picture ahead” the Coalition which was led by its Director General, Tukura Kwayi said, “we have opted to exhaust all the judicial remedies available to us.”
As law-abiding citizens, “the party will do everything humanly possible to organize fresh primaries where we are optimistic that Senator Emmanuel Bwacha will emerge victorious at the end of the day again.
“It is common knowledge that Tarabans are tired of the years of PDP’s misrule and are yearning for credible change and are committed to the presidential aspirations of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”

They said, “we cannot afford to be cowed by the antics of the opposition and their likes who are desperate to give the group a bad name so as to hang it”.
The group who also reiterated their support for the party’s state chairman Barrister Ibrahim Tukur EI-Sudi expressed sadness at the way and manner his efforts are being ” sabotaged at every turn by elements within the ranks who are working tirelessly to see that APC loses Taraba State.”
They affirmed that the “party chairman has maintained decorum and continues to perform his duties with professionalism and fairness”
The Coalition vowed not to be deterred by the present crisis rocking the party, but to remain focused by campaigning for both the presidential and gubernatorial candidates of the party.
