The President of Nigeria, in a recent communication, has given his approval for the scheduling of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting and the party’s Midterm National Convention, which will be non-elective. This was disclosed in a letter dated 9th August 2024, signed by Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, and addressed to Dr. Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, the APC National Chairman. The letter highlighted the President’s directive for these crucial party meetings and emphasized their significance in the party’s ongoing activities.
