Peller announced on Sunday that he had completed the traditional rites of marriage after paying Jarvis’ bride price during a family introduction ceremony.
He shared footage from the event on Instagram, writing: “Today, I proudly paid the bride price of the woman I love.”
Following the development, GehGeh reacted on X, questioning the belief that financial strength alone qualifies someone for marriage.
He argued that marriage requires broader preparedness beyond money, stressing mental, physical, emotional and spiritual readiness.
“Y’all are justifying his act with ‘he has the money allow him’. But y’all failed to ask yourself if he’s ready mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually,” he wrote.
He added that financial capacity should not overshadow deeper considerations in making long-term life decisions.
“Everything isn’t all about the money,” he stated.
GehGeh further expressed disappointment over Peller’s decision to proceed with the marriage despite what he described as earlier advice.
He suggested that Peller is still in a stage of personal development and should have delayed marriage.
“You still growing as a child why get married now eehn… I tried my possible best to help you but you failed to listen to me,” he said.

The development follows earlier reports that Peller had proposed to Jarvis in Ghana, where she accepted his proposal before the traditional ceremony.
The situation has continued to generate discussions online, with opinions divided over youth marriage, financial stability, and emotional readiness.
