Nigerian content creator, Peller, has stirred controversy after describing fellow skit maker Carter Efe as “a small boy” and telling him to “face his challenges” amid allegations that he called for the comedian’s TikTok account to be banned.
Peller made the remark while reacting to a video circulating on social media accusing him of being behind the reported ban.
Rather than directly denying the allegation, Peller appeared to dismiss it while pointing to Carter Efe’s activities during TikTok livestreams.
According to Peller, Carter’s alleged habit of appearing half-naked during livestreams could expose his account to sanctions for violating TikTok’s rules.
He also brought up his own experience on the platform, claiming that his TikTok account was banned about five times when he was still trying to establish himself as a content creator.
Peller suggested that account restrictions were part of the difficulties creators could encounter while building their careers, implying that Carter should also experience such challenges.

Peller said “I just saw a video where I’m being accused of banning somebody’s account on TikTok. I’m not debunking it.
“This person opens boxer on livestream and even does so on livestream. He’s a small boy. Let him face his challenges.”
The remark has drawn attention because of Peller’s apparent refusal to deny the allegation and his decision to describe Carter Efe as a “small boy” while discussing the reported TikTok account controversy.
The development comes amid ongoing tensions and public exchanges between Nigerian online personalities, with TikTok increasingly serving as a major platform for content creators to build audiences, generate income and promote their brands.
