National President of the Niger Delta Students Union Government NIDSUG, Comrade Scott Ogunseri, has urged students and youths in the country to reject drug abuse, cybercrime and other social vices.
Ogunseri, stated this in Calabar when he kicked off a campaign tagged “Walk Against Cybercrime and All Social Vices: Embrace Virtues, Not Vices.”
The national president, who promised to extend the movement to universities and colleges across the Niger Delta states, emphasized the campaign’s goal of educating students and young people about the dangers of engaging in social vices.

While remarking that the initiative reminds students that life continues after school, he added that “We are conducting this walk to sensitize students and youths to avoid social vices.
He maintained that his dream as a student leader is to see students uphold good character.
The student union leader disclosed that ambassadors shall be appointed on various campuses to sustain the campaign revealing that after covering institutions in Cross River, the campaign shall be extended to all nine states of the Niger Delta.
