MTN Nigeria has restored network services in parts of Enugu State after customers experienced disruptions on Monday.
The telecommunications operator confirmed the restoration on Tuesday through MTN Support Services, while apologising to subscribers affected by the service interruption.
The company said the technical issue responsible for the disruption had been resolved and that normal services had resumed across the affected areas.
“Service Restored! We sincerely apologise for the challenges experienced yesterday with our services in parts of Enugu State.
“The issue has been resolved, and services are fully restored,” MTN said.
The company also provided guidance for customers who may continue to experience connectivity difficulties despite the restoration.

It advised affected subscribers to restart their mobile devices to enable them reconnect to the network.
“Still having issues? Please restart your device to reconnect,” the company added.
MTN thanked its customers for their patience and understanding during the period of the disruption.
The restoration means customers in the affected locations can resume using MTN voice, data and other network services.
