The National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) expected to hold today may have been cancelled, The Trumpet gathered.
The cancellation was announced in a one-paragraph statement late Wednesday night by the National Secretary APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Sen. John Akpanudoedehe titled “Purported APC NEC Meeting Canceled”.

“As directed by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning (CECPC) and Governor of Yobe State, H.E. Mai Mala Buni, a purported emergency meeting of the Party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) slated for Thursday, March 17, 2022, is hereby cancelled”, the statement read.
