A frontline aspirant for the Delta State House of Assembly, Isoko South Constituency I, Ichehono Akpobome Ejeje, has congratulated Joel-Onowakpo Thomas on the occasion of his 59th birthday, describing him as a committed public servant and a worthy representative of Delta South.

In a statement issued on Monday, Ejeje praised the senator for his contributions to governance and development, noting that his record in both state and national service reflects dedication, discipline, and a deep understanding of public responsibility.

He commended the lawmaker’s track record, from his time as chairman of Isoko South Local Government Council to his role as former chairman of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue, where he was credited with strengthening the state’s revenue base.

“On behalf of my family and my political assocaite, I warmly congratulate our distinguished Senator, Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, on the occasion of his 59th birthday,” Ejeje said.

The Isoko South Constituency I aspirant also acknowledged the senator’s performance at the National Assembly, highlighting his role in advancing legislative initiatives and his leadership as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Local Content. He noted that such efforts continue to support national development and democratic governance.

Ejeje expressed confidence that the senator would sustain his impact in public service, urging him to remain steadfast in delivering quality representation to the people of Delta South Senatorial District.

He further described the milestone as an opportunity to reflect on years of service and achievements, adding that the senator’s experience and leadership remain valuable to the political growth of Delta State.

He prayed for continued good health, wisdom, and strength for the celebrant, wishing him many more years of meaningful service to the state and the nation.
