The CSW is a global event, which is celebrated annually within the first week of every October, and it avails service-oriented organisations like EEDC the opportunity to appreciate its customers.

The theme for this year’s Customer Service Week which holds from Monday 3rd October – Friday, 7th October 2022, is “Celebrate Service”.
