Big Brother Naija Season 11 has introduced its first major game-changing twist after housemate Chimsom Chuka emerged as the inaugural Head of House (HoH), only to lose the automatic privilege of occupying the exclusive HoH lounge.
Chimsom secured the coveted title on Monday after outperforming 23 fellow housemates in the Head of House challenge.
He recorded the fastest time in the final round, completing the task in two minutes and eight seconds to clinch victory. Housemate Abi finished as the deputy head of house.
As the first HoH of the season, Chimsom earns immunity from this week’s eviction, guaranteeing his stay in the house for another week.
However, Big Brother surprised both the housemates and viewers with a fresh twist that changes one of the show’s long-standing traditions.

Unlike previous seasons, winning the head of house title no longer comes with automatic access to the luxurious head of house lounge.
Instead, all housemates participated in a lucky dip to determine who would enjoy the exclusive suite.
Tram emerged as the lucky winner and was granted the power to choose a companion to share the lounge with him.
He selected Sheba, making them the first occupants of the luxury space despite neither of them holding the Head of House title.
The unexpected development has already sparked conversations among fans, as it separates immunity from the luxury privileges that have traditionally accompanied the Head of House position.
The new format is expected to reshape alliances and strategies in the coming weeks as contestants adjust to the season’s evolving rules.
