The Delta State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of some of its personnel who were caught on camera counting bundles of cash inside a patrol vehicle.
The short video clip, which has been trending online, showed the officers sitting in a police van with the inscription Area Command Asaba while sorting through the money.
The footage sparked public outrage, with many Nigerians alleging that the cash was likely extorted from motorists.
