The University of Delta, Agbor (UNIDEL), has officially commenced the sale of Post-UTME application forms for the 2025/2026 academic session, inviting qualified candidates to apply for admission into various undergraduate programmes across its faculties.
Established by the Delta State Government through the University of Delta Agbor Law in February 2021, UNIDEL has continued to expand its academic offerings and infrastructural development. The current application window opened on July 15 and will run through July 31, 2025.
Prospective students are required to apply online via the university’s portal: www.unidel.edu.ng, with a screening fee of N2,000.
Courses on Offer
UNIDEL offers a broad range of courses across ten faculties:
Faculty of Agriculture: Programmes include Animal Science, Crop Science, Agricultural Economics, and more.
Faculty of Arts: Includes English and Literary Studies, French, History, and Theatre Arts.
Faculty of Computing: Offers courses such as Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and Computer Science.
Faculty of Education: Spanning over 24 programmes, including Biology Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Management, and Guidance & Counselling.
Faculty of Engineering: Features Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Petroleum Engineering.
Faculty of Environmental Sciences: Offers Urban & Regional Planning, Architecture, Estate Management, and Geo-Informatics.
Faculty of Science: Includes Mathematics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Faculty of Law: LLB Law.
Faculty of Social Sciences: Covers Psychology, International Relations, Economics, and Criminology.
Faculty of Management Sciences: Courses include Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, and Entrepreneurship.
Faculty of Basic Medical Science and Medicine: Nursing, Public Health, Medical Lab Science, and MBBS in Medicine and Surgery.
Eligibility Criteria
The university stipulates that only candidates who scored 140 and above in the 2025 UTME and chose UNIDEL as their first choice are eligible. Candidates who did not initially select UNIDEL can also apply by changing their institution of first choice via the JAMB portal.

Direct Entry applicants with recognized certificates, diplomas, or degrees are also eligible to apply.
Applicants must upload their O’Level or A’Level results and relevant documents during registration. Candidates awaiting results are allowed to apply but must update their profiles as soon as results are released.
Application Instructions
Visit the UNIDEL admissions portal via www.unidel.edu.ng and click on “Apply.”
1. Select “Start Application” and create a profile.
2. Choose “Post UTME” and enter your JAMB registration number.
3. Complete the form and make the N2,000 payment through the Kofa payment system using “CollegePAY.”
4. After payment, upload your passport photograph and submit the form.
5. Print the completed application form.
Transfer students are also welcome but must have completed at least one full academic session and meet all departmental requirements.
