He said the groups would mobilise support for APC candidates contesting seats in the Delta State House of Assembly, National Assembly and other elective positions.

Otirhue urged members of the groups to remain committed to the party and intensify their engagement with residents at the grassroots.

Inaugurating the groups, Arenyeka charged members to work assiduously for the success of the APC in the 2027 elections.

He urged them to embrace the party’s “five-over-five” objective of delivering victory for all APC candidates in the elections.

The Delta APC chairman also tasked members with taking the party’s message to residents and ensuring that the structures of the two groups remained active across communities in Okpe Local Government Area.

He described the initiative as the fifth phase of his empowerment programme, which he said was designed to provide support to party members and other beneficiaries.

Otirhue assured people who were not included in the latest phase that they would be considered in subsequent phases of the programme.
