The Nigerian team travelled to Guinea-Bissau on Sunday, after completing preparations in Uyo, where they secured a 2-1 victory over Madagascar in their opening Group L fixture on Friday.
Super Eagles Media Officer, Promise Efoghe, said the team held a final training session in Uyo on Sunday morning before departing for Bissau later in the day.
The delegation travelled aboard a chartered ValueJet aircraft and arrived at the Osvaldo Vieira International Airport in Bissau at about 8:40 p.m.
The Eagles now turn their attention to Guinea-Bissau, who opened their qualifying campaign with a 2-0 victory over Tanzania.
The result puts the Djurtus ahead of Nigeria on goal difference, making Tuesday’s encounter an important Group L fixture.
The match is scheduled to take place at the Estádio Nacional 24 de Setembro in Bissau.

Nigeria and Guinea-Bissau have met four times, with the West African side recording one victory.
Their most recent competitive meeting came during the 2023 AFCON qualifiers when Guinea-Bissau defeated Nigeria 1-0 at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
Nigeria will be looking to avoid another setback as the team continues its bid to secure a place at the 2027 AFCON tournament.
With only the group winner guaranteed qualification and Tanzania already assured of a place as one of the tournament’s co-hosts, every point in Group L could prove significant.
