What happened to OAU student Oluwole Oluwaseun?
According to the university, OAU authorities received a report of an emergency at about 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The university’s Quick Response and Security (QRS) Team immediately proceeded to the location, while officers from the Nigeria Police ‘A’ Division in Moore, Ile-Ife, also responded to the incident.
Oluwaseun was subsequently taken to the OAU University Health Centre, where a medical doctor certified him dead.
The university management expressed sadness over the death and said it had handed relevant information and items recovered from the scene to the police for investigation.
