Sirraheem, son of Nigerian billionaire businessman, Rasak Okoya, has announced his decision to step away from the music industry.
The young entertainer made the announcement in an official statement shared on social media, explaining that his other commitments have made it increasingly difficult for him to give music the time, patience and dedication it deserves.
Reflecting on his musical journey, Sirraheem said his career started simply as a hobby with friends before gradually growing into a serious pursuit that allowed him to perform at live shows, release music and connect with fans.
He noted that while he had always believed in giving his music career his best, balancing it with his other responsibilities had become increasingly challenging over the past year.
“I have decided to stop putting out new music,” he stated, describing the decision as a “professional exit” from the industry.

Sirraheem, however, stressed that his decision does not mean an end to his creative journey. He said he intends to explore other fields and expand his creative interests through new ventures.
According to him, the era of “Sirraheem music” may be coming to an end, but his passion for creativity remains strong.
He also revealed that he still has a collection of music he considers some of the best material of his career and did not rule out the possibility of releasing an album in the future.
“Music still remains therapeutic for me. With time, maybe the album finds its way into the world somehow after all,” he said.
Sirraheem expressed appreciation to his fans, supporters and colleagues who contributed to his journey, as well as Mr Fantasy and Mr Miyagi, whom he credited for being part of what he described as a memorable rollercoaster.
