Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has dismissed widespread rumours claiming she has reconciled with her estranged husband, music icon, Innocent “2Baba” Idibia.
The speculation gained momentum after an old video showing the former couple sharing a warm moment at a nightclub resurfaced on social media, prompting fans to believe they had rekindled their relationship.
Reacting to the reports via her Instagram Stories on Monday, Annie clarified that the viral clip was outdated and was being circulated to spread false narratives.

“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” she wrote.
Her statement effectively debunked claims that she and the singer are back together.
Annie and 2Baba, who share two daughters, ended their marriage in January 2025 after more than a decade together.
Following the separation, 2Baba moved on and is now married to Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
