The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State has postponed its senatorial primary election for the Adamawa Central Senatorial Zone due to logistical difficulties and delays in the arrival of sensitive election materials.
The party disclosed this in a statement issued by the state Publicity Secretary, Dogo Victor, on Monday.

Despite the postponement in Adamawa Central, the party confirmed that the senatorial primary elections for the Adamawa Northern and Adamawa Southern Senatorial Zones would proceed as scheduled on Monday.
The party urged delegates, aspirants, and officials in the affected areas to continue their preparations pending the announcement of a new date for the exercise.
It also apologized to party members, delegates, and aspirants in the Adamawa Central Senatorial Zone for any inconvenience caused by the postponement, assuring stakeholders that a fresh date would be communicated once all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
Reaffirming its commitment to internal democracy, the APC stated that it remains dedicated to fairness, transparency, orderliness, and the collective interest of members across Adamawa State.
