Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has congratulated President of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, on his 69th birthday, describing him as a key driver of Nigeria’s economic growth.
In a statement issued on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Mustapha Muhammad, the governor said Dangote’s achievements in manufacturing, refining and agriculture have significantly boosted job creation and national development.
Gov. Yusuf described the business mogul as an illustrious son of Kano whose vision and enterprise have continued to project both the state and the country on the global stage.
He also commended Dangote’s philanthropic interventions in Kano, particularly in healthcare, education and humanitarian services, noting that they have impacted positively on many lives.

He added that Dangote’s legacy of excellence and generosity remains an inspiration to younger generations, stressing that Kano State is proud of his accomplishments.
