Cynosure Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Hospital has denied claims that a viral video showing a woman screaming during a cosmetic procedure was filmed at its facility.
The clarification comes amid growing public scrutiny following the reported death of Jessica Elena, who allegedly died after complications related to a cosmetic surgery.
In a statement shared on its Instagram page, the hospital acknowledged the disturbing video circulating widely on social media but insisted that it was not recorded at its clinic.
The management stated that, while the hospital had previously carried out reconstructive surgery for Elena, it does not know where the procedure shown in the viral footage took place.

Cynosure also extended its condolences to Elena’s family and stated that it is ready to cooperate with any investigation aimed at determining the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
In the statement, the hospital said:
“Cynosure Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Hospital is aware of a video circulating on social media showing a patient screaming during a surgical procedure, which is being incorrectly attributed to our facility. We want to make it clear: this video was not filmed at our clinic, and we do not know where the procedure took place.”
The management further appealed to the public to treat the matter with compassion and sensitivity while investigations continue.
“The dissemination of this content adds further distress to the grieving family, and we appeal to the public to treat this matter with compassion and sensitivity. We extend our deepest condolences to the patient’s family during this challenging time. We aim to set the record straight.”
The hospital added that it remains committed to cooperating with authorities to clarify the situation and protect its professional reputation.
