Former House of Representatives spokesperson, Zakari Mohammed, has picked the African Democratic Congress (ADC) gubernatorial nomination form in Kwara State.
Mohammed, a vibrant lawmaker from 2011-2019 and also the Chairman of the House Committee on Basic Education, expressed optimism that he has what it takes to take Kwara State to greater heights.

Before he was elected a House of Representatives member, he was a former commissioner for energy in Kwara State, and has had a stellar political career spanning over two decades.
Mohammed was also a seasoned journalist before going into politics.
