Tottenham have been badly hit by injuries this season and most of their senior players have been out of action since last year, making coach Ange Postecoglou rely on youth talents.
This has had a bad effect, as Tottenham have lost eight of their last 14 games across all competitions.
According to reports Tottenham have plans to sign one of Chukwueze or Jamie Gittens during the January transfer window. But the deal did not go through. They have now revived their interest on him again, Soccernet.com reports.
Chukwueze is having a torrid time at AC Milan as his game time has dropped significantly in recent weeks.

Before the close of the January transfer window, there were already talks that the Super Eagles star was not in Paulo Fonseca’s plans, but he chose to stay at the club.
As it stands, it does not seem like Chukwueze’s fortunes will improve significantly by the end of the season. Hence, he might be open to leaving AC Milan for another club by the summer.
With this, Spurs could still attempt to sign Chukwueze by the end of the season to add some quality to their forward line.
AC Milan could demand up to €25 million from Tottenham, which is a decent price for the Lilywhites.
