While speaking on Monday in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, the vice president highlighted the importance of solidarity and cooperation, particularly as the nation navigates its ongoing economic reforms.
He reassured Nigerians that the current short-term challenges are merely stepping stones toward long-term prosperity and stability for the country.
During a festive luncheon with Borno State elders and his former schoolmates to celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, Shettima, who was represented by the member for Maiduguri Metropolitan Constituency in the House of Representatives, stressed the crucial need for harmony among all citizens.
