Bomadi Local Government Area football team will battle Isoko South Local Government Area in the last Delta South group qualifier match of the ongoing Sheriff Oborevwori Jnr Unification Cup 2026 on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

The knockout fixture, billed for 4pm at the football pitch of Osubi Airport in Okpe Local Government Area, will decide which team advances from the Delta South zone.
Bomadi enters the encounter in sparkling form, having overran Patani Local Government Area 4-2 in the opening match before walloping Burutu 2-0 to reach this final qualifying stage.
Speaking ahead of the clash, head coach Okiki Musampa said his players are “fully prepared, focused, and determined” to deliver for Bomadi.”
He assured supporters that the team will play with commitment, discipline and the fighting spirit that the local government is known for.
“By God’s grace, my team will put up a good performance with a positive result that will make our people proud,” Musampa said.
The coach urged all Bomadians to rally behind the team as they represent the local government and seek to bring honour to their fatherland.
He also commended local government Chairman, Dagidi Andaye, for his tremendous support and encouragement to the players and technical crew.

According to Musampa, Andaye’s commitment to the welfare of the team has boosted the players’ confidence, adding that “the chairman’s belief in the team has inspired us to strive for excellence.
