Following the season’s end, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has held the first press conference confirming a lot of issues which include Cristiano Ronaldo’s continued stay at Old Trafford.
The 52-year-old Dutch coach, who signed to manage the Red Devils after interim manager Ralf Rangnick’s rein, noted that the Portuguese forward will remain in the club to harvest goals.

Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, joined Manchester United last summer from Juventus to become the highest goal scorer for Ralf Rangick’s side from 30 appearances in the 2021-22 season.

In the course of the Erik ten Hag maiden’s press conference where he was asked if Ronaldo fits into his plans, he said, “Of course.”
He added that the player will help the club harvest goals.
He, however, noted that his quest for Ronaldo to assume the leadership of the team is an issue that will be discussed personally with the player.
