Suspected robbers yesterday trailed and shot two yet to be identified men, robbing them of an undisclosed amount of money along Old Anwai road, Asaba the Delta State capital.
The victims, it was gathered, were occupants of a Toyota Camry car and were shot severally leaving them with fatal injuries.
Eyewitness said the vehicle with government plate number was driving along the road when it was intercepted by the gunmen who left them in their pool of blood.

A source said the gunmen who drove in a vehicle carted away two Ghana-must-go bags containing an undisclosed sum of money, and sped off to an unknown destination.
The source who craved anonymity said the victims were in critical condition and were rushed to an undisclosed hospital by sympathizers.
Contacted, Police Public Relations Officer of the State Command, Mr. Bright Edafe, said that no one has reported the attack to the command.
