Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PWAN Potters, Dr. Chukwuma Eboagwu, has said the company’s mission was not just about selling land, but about turning every Nigerian family into landlords.
Speaking at the fourth anniversary celebration of PWAN Potters in Ughelli, Delta State, Eboagwu, whose firm is a subsidiary of the Property World Africa Network (PWAN) Group, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to being socially responsible to the public.
He said: “Our vision is simple: no family in Nigeria should be without a home of their own. That is the movement we are building, and it cannot be stopped.”
Eboagwu explained that the PWAN Group operates over 60 affiliate companies nationwide, with PWAN Potters dedicated to land sales, estate projects, recruitment, and community empowerment.
“Through our ‘buy to sell’ programme, clients can resell properties within a year and make a profit, while our flexible payment plans make it possible for more families to become homeowners,” he said.
Addressing online criticisms of the brand, he urged Nigerians to verify facts before forming opinions.
“We have sold more than 10,000 plots across Nigeria, with disputes in only about 150. Every real estate business has challenges, but ours are minimal when you look at the scale of our operations. Don’t let rumours rob you of opportunities that can change your life,” he stated.

On human capital development, Eboagwu emphasised that PWAN Potters is as much about people as it is about property.
“Many of our business owners started as small marketers. Today, they are full-time entrepreneurs with steady incomes. We don’t just create landlords; we build livelihoods,” he said.
He also unveiled plans for new projects across Delta and neighbouring states.
The anniversary event, held at the Ughelli office, brought together PWAN business owners, partners, clients, and community leaders.
Guests enjoyed music, inspiring talks, and a drama performance, while outstanding PBOs were honoured with empowerment items such as bags of rice, cartons of noodles, and other essentials.
