The Ogun State Police Command has declared popular singer, Habeeb Olalomi, known as Portable wanted for allegedly leading a violent attack against government officials performing their lawful duties.
This incident occurred on February 5, 2025, at around 10:00 a.m. during an enforcement exercise by officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development in Oke-Osa, Tigbo Ilu Ota.
The officials encountered Portable’s father at a bar linked to the singer, but when they requested the building’s approved plans, they were informed that Portable was unavailable.
Shortly thereafter, Portable reportedly arrived armed and accompanied by nine associates, launched an assault on the unarmed officials, who sustained injuries but managed to escape and report the incident to the police.
Despite multiple invitations for Portable to meet with the police, he reportedly evaded them, prompting the authorities to secure a court order declaring him wanted.
